They are helpful in providing companionship while reinforcing the values needed to maintain a sober lifestyle.

Women may have a hard time handling and managing their stress levels. This pressure may have led them to extreme drinking in the first place. Like all the good and bad things in our life, we need to maintain a level of balance that is controllable. Although there is no way to completely avoid all the stressful things in our life, a recovery care management plan can lessen the anxiety that a recovering addict can be overwhelmed with. Although obstacles will still exist after treatment is complete, having a plan is a more healthy and helpful way to break down those barriers.
