Monitoring Services

Clean Sober Monitoring is an evidence based, proven method of supporting sober skill development following the completion of primary substance abuse treatment. This method of creating measurable outcomes while providing accountability and documentation has been utilized for many years.

The monitoring model has proven effective with pilots, physicians, dentists, nurses and pharmacists whom struggle with substance abuse/addiction. As a result, monitoring has created structured conditions for predictable performance in the workplace.

Applied either after residential treatment or as an extension of the Certified Personal Recovery Assistant service, monitoring services provide an accurate, responsive system of support when there are indicators associated with the relapse process.

Hired Power offers Monitoring Service programs with variable approaches in intensity and oversight.  The three Monitoring Service programs we offer are:  Essential Monitoring, Professional Coaching with Monitoring and Alternative Sentencing/Court Reporting.

Essential Monitoring

Sober Monitoring offers early identification of potential difficulties with the goal of interrupting the progression of relapse thinking and behavior patterns.  At the point that risk is perceived, the process of alerted response becomes activated.   The procedure for alerted response includes a collaborative process between the recovering client, Stakeholders and treatment professionals.

Due to the growth and awareness of increased positive outcomes that have been proven with Monitoring, we are proud to say that Hired Power is one of the industry pioneers with offering this service independently and at an affordable price.  Many primary substance abuse treatment programs contract with Hired Power to provide our Essential Monitoring program as a continuation of care for their clients.  However, if a program that you are working with does not offer our service, you may contract this service through Hired Power as an individual.

Hired Power is associated with a network of certified laboratories nationwide. This relationship assures a system of convenient, accurate and time-sensitive test results. We provide a discreet method for documenting attendance at 12-step meetings. It is our professional opinion that this We believe that accountability can support compliance with the Aftercare plan and continued success in sobriety.

Hired Power facilitates the process for communicating with identified Stakeholders as outlined by federal law.

All Certified Personal Recovery Assistant services include a 12month Essential Monitoring Program option.  These services can also be assigned as stand-alone services including:

Essential Monitoring Services include:

• Continued support in following through with the daily living plan
• Routine communication with client and Stakeholders: weekly phone interview, email correspondence, documentation of progress.
• Self-reporting of attendance to meetings, therapy, counseling appointments, out-patient programs etc.
• Random urinalysis, blood, hair, specimen drug screening using a nationwide network of providers.
• Monthly reports providing documentation of progress for clients, stakeholders and additional providers. and documentation of progress for additional providers.
• Oversight of essential monitoring services and transition plan by a Recovery Care Manager.
